Yes, you can find toilet facilities within Cookies & Cream, Cineworld, The Gym, Kidd N Play, Nando’s, Tenpin and The Whitehouse. Some disabled facilities will require a radar key, ask in store for details.

What access is available to the centre for disabled customers or families with pushchairs?

The main entrance to The Galaxy is ground level so accessible for disabled customers and families with pushchairs. There is a passenger lift accessible via ground floor ramp to first floor which is on one level and provides access to all venues. All access points are wheelchair and pushchair friendly.

Can I hire mobility equipment at The Galaxy?

You cannot hire mobility equipment from the centre however you can hire mobility equipment from the Luton Shopmobility scheme. You can find more information on the Shopmobility scheme on the website here or via their telephone number – 01582 738936.

Are there disabled and parent/child spaces available at the centre’s car park?

There is no customer parking available on-site. The Library car park has 6 disabled bays. The Market and Central car parks have 35 disabled car parking spaces on level 3, standard charges apply and you can find more information on the website here.
